Statement of Purpose
The Project 90 Leadership Journey was designed in response to the incredible opportunity PCC has to “set the bar” for all other colleges in serving students and the community. The Leadership Journey aims to build leadership capacity within all members of the PCC community, beginning with the executive and management areas, and extending to faculty, staff, and students in order to achieve PCC’s EMP and Project 90 goals. Participants learn to understand the process of change and transition at a personal, organizational, and institutional level and develop communication skills vital for effective collaboration as we work together to achieve our new vision for PCC.
