Benchmarking Trips: September, 2012 | Small groups visited Long Beach City, Santa Monica, El Camino, Chaffee, Cerritos, and Hartnell Colleges to learn how they set up enrollment procedures. | |
Design Simulation: early October, 2012 | Participants created teams to design, produce, and assess “widgets.” They were given structured process, assignments and responsibilities to understand process and then to create their own. | |
Design Day, mid October, 2012 | Participants took the ideas that emerged in Design Simulation and the Benchmarking Field Trips to create a PC design for the future. | |
