Peter has over 30 years of business experience in planning, designing, implementing and coaching business leaders to effectively execute strategic and organizational change initiatives. What distinguishes Peter in this area is his broad set of competencies and his ability to drive strategic change efforts from concept to results. Peter also has extensive knowledge and experience in working with Educational Institutions over the past 8 years on a variety of projects. Some examples include:

  • Supporting Diego Navarro of Cabrillo College in the early & ongoing development of his innovative program called The Academy of College Excellent (ACE), formally known as the Digital Bridge Academy (DBA).

  • Cabrillo College – Designed and facilitated a campus wide vision session, team building & role clarification with the College Policy Council. Extensive work over the past 5 years with the Dean of Career Education & Economic Development (CEED) in supporting a community wide service integration effort called Workforce Development 2.0, and deeper developmental work with programs like Allied Health and Culinary Arts.

  • Hartnell College – supporting Hartnell’s President, Phoebe Helm in a major transformation of the college, including a significant development effort and redesign of Student Services.

  • LA Trade Tech College – facilitating their yearly College Retreat (past 2 years) to improve their working relationships across various shared governance bodies.

  • Charles Armstrong School for learning disabilities – Coaching a new Head of School through a very challenging transition.
    Stanford University – Coaching both Senior Executives and Middle Managers of the University as well as organizational consulting support to some.
